Cakes online purchase :

Can we personalize our cake message?

Yes, please fill up the wordings or remarks column at the checkout page. A maximum of 28 words.

What are payment methods?

We accept mostly all credit cards payment. You can select your payment method at the checkout page. For on-site payment we also accept Alipay, Wechat and Payme.

How do I know if my order is being processed?

Upon receiving your order, we will issue a confirmation through email. Please feel free to contact us if you cannot receive the confirmation.

How long do my order stay fresh for?

All food should be consumed within a day.

Is there any limit on number of cakes I can order and when should I place my order?

Yes, our cakes are freshly made and we can only accommodate up to 6 pieces per order per day for each kind of whole cake. However, we can accommodate to any numbers if you can pre-order your cake at least 3 working days in advance. Daily cut off time for order is 2pm. Please refer to our order and pickup page for more information. For urgent request please call us directly for possible arrangement.

Will decoration be available for birthday cake?

We do not offer additional decoration including topper except for name and message plate.

Can I refund or cancel my order?

No cancellation and or refund would be accepted after the order is confirmed. We also reserve the right not to accept any reschedule request due to limited availability. In case of black rainstorm or typhoon signal no. 8 or above, order pick-up might be postponed. We will contact you to make new pick-up arrangement.

Can you do delivery?

Delivery is not available at the moment. However, if your delivery location is within our premises, we can offer delivery for bulk purchase. Please call or email us for detail and arrangement.

Where/ When can i collect the goods?

For all the orders, unless specifically indicated, customer can collect the order in our store

Do I need to reserve a table in advance?

Yes, advance reservation is recommended.

Can I book a table outdoor?

Unfortunately, we do not accept table booking for outdoor seating. Seating will be allocated first come first served basis. Meals and afternoon tea cannot be served outdoor. All dining guests are welcome to enjoy our terrace during or after your meal.
Terrace is opened to non-dine-in guests everyday from 2:30 onwards.

Any minimum spending for outdoor table seating?

Yes, weekend and SH/PH including day before SH & PH minimum spend of $350/head is applicable from 6pm.

Any minimum spending for table reservation?

Yes, minimum spend will apply for reservation at our Chef Table and Treasure Chest private dining area. Please call or email us for information.

Any deposit requires for table reservation?

i. Guest are required to provide credit card details to secure the reservation

*Card will not be charged unless of cancellation and no show.

ii. For booking of 5 guests and above, we will require a deposit of $500 per guest for lunch booking. Deposit is also required to secure festive bookings including but not limited to New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and Christmas Eve.

iii. For booking of 5 guests and above, we will require a deposit of $900 per guest for dinner booking. Deposit is also required to secure festive bookings including but not limited to New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and Christmas Eve.

What is your cancellation policy?

i. Guests are required to do payment via bank transfer or Payme to secure the reservation. 

ii. Cancellation made 48-hour in advance deposit will be forfeited.

iii. Same day cancellation (within 24 hours of your booking or no show of your TIRPSE reservation will incur a full menu charge. For lunch menu, deposit will be forfeited.

Can I request for a window seat?

Yes, you may request for a window seat however, this is subject to availability and we will allocate first come first served basis. Window seat is recommended for 3 guests per table.

Any dress code for dining at your restaurant?

Smart casual. For gentlemen, please avoid wearing slippers, sandals, vest and shorts.

Can you share with me the menu and price?

Please refer to our menu page or you may email/WhatsApp us for information.

Do you have menu for vegetarian?

Yes, we can accommodate vegetarian provided the booking is at least 3 working days in advance.

Do you provide baby seats for my 2 years old?

Unfortunately, baby seat is not available in our restaurant.

Can we request a special menu for my friend, who has diet restriction due to allergies?

Yes, we can accommodate special dietary request provided the booking is at least 3 working days in advance.

Can I have free corkage?

Corkage will be charged $450/bottle for a maximum of 2 bottles. We offer wide variety of reasonably priced wine and our sommelier will be happy to recommend the best wine to complement your meal.

Do you allow self-arranged spirits or liquors?

Unfortunately, we do not allow self-brought in liquor or spirit. We offer premium spirits and liquors in our restaurant. Please call or email us for information.

How much is the cut cake service?

$400 per cake.

Can I order a birthday cake? Is reservation required?

Yes, you can order our cakes online for special occasion and celebration. You may call or email us for your order. 3 working days advance reservation is recommended. Daily cut off time for order is 2pm. Please refer to terms & conditions page for more information. For urgent request please call us directly for possible arrangement. To ensure all guests’ special occasions, pre-order cakes for dine-in guests will be fully charged upon booking.
